This 'item' is for special/custom orders, often arranged via e-mail or phone. It is an easy secure way for you to pay me with credit card over my secure site for unusual orders. Just add the number of items to your cart for the dollar amount (i.e. 10 items for $10) and do checkout. It shouldn't bother you about shipping. Let me know if you have any problems.
