Ancient Way has a full Chinese herb pharmacy and also stocks many teas, western herbs, tinctures, and prepared formulas. We're glad to answer inquires about pricing and availability of any herb or supplement. Our specialty is the creation of high-potency custom formulas from whole Chinese herbs. If you're looking for a particular herb or specific product (such as ginseng or tea), you generally will not need a consultation. However, if you would like me to prescribe a formula for your condition, you must make an appointment to visit me at my clinic. Read the page on consultations and then contact Kevin for more details.

We do our best to assure that you're happy with your order. If you have any problems with your order, please e-mail or call and we'll work with you for return, exchange, or other solution. Herbs and powders prepared as teas are often very strong tasting. Please be aware of this before buying a large quantity. The taste is an indicator of the potency and function of the herbs. Capsules and home encapsulation machines are also available.
