1. Xiao Yao San "Free and Easy Wanderer" (for Liver Qi stagnation--perhaps PMS or emotional stress)


2. Liu Wei Di Huang Wan "Six Herbs Earth Yellow Pill" (to tonify Yin, especially of the Kidneys)


3. Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang "Tonify the Center, Rectify the Energy Decoction" (tonify the Spleen Qi and aid digestion)
